libcogl15-dbg software package provides Object oriented GL/GLES Abstraction/Utility Layer (debug files), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcogl15-dbg
libcogl15-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcogl15-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcogl15-dbg *
You will get with libcogl15-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
